    Hello, I have a Whirlpool AKP 203 Oven.

    The element went recently, and I had a spare. When I tried to do this, one of the connectors fell behind, so I had to take the oven out, but I was able to poke this through the hole after taking the back off the oven and get the new element connected ok.

    However, I can’t seem to refit the door. It normally slides in and then I can lower it, and re-slide the catch over the hinges, but for whatever reason, I can’t seem to get it to go back in. Sometimes I can get it in with a bit of force, but then when sliding the oven door down, the hinges pop-out.

    Can anyone offer any advice on how to fix this?

    I actually managed to get this sorted in the end. One of the catches on the hinge was slightly out, after a bit of work with a screwdriver, I was able to adjust it and refit the door.
