    The dishwasher stopped working with flashing fault symbols of a tap and the rinse aid icon. NEFF customer service could not find this particular fault code. I have reset the machine, and turned off from the mains etc. There is no visible issue (not flooded etc). The machine makes a sequence of tics and noises on start up, before the flashing icons start again. I have checking the water supply, the waste pipes are not kinked and are clear. The drain pump is clear and I even tried a replacement unit.

    Does anybody have any tips/advice what the issue may be please? Thank you!

    I had a similar issue with my Bosch dishwasher, turned out to be a fault with the flow meter in the heat exchanger.
