Beko GNEV120APB Stopped Working

Hi,

I have a Beko GNEV120APB but today it seems to have just stopped working as well – the freezer compartment is as cold as the fridge compartment and neither are that cold. The fan in the fridge part is whirring and it seems the cold air is blowing a little in the freezer department but neither are as cold as they should be i.e. ice creams melted in freezer and butter is soft to the touch in fridge.

Every 5/10m it seems that there is a click, a motor/fan starts and then stops a few seconds later.

There was a red warning icon on before but that went and just the humidity icon left. The freezer compartment is totally empty now but no luck.

I routinely vacuum any dust that may be at the back and today I opened the back panel at the bottom to vacuum up any dust that was still there.

Is there anything else I could look at or would I need to call an engineer?
