Beko CXFD6113S Fans stop working.

Hey, new to the forum.

So recently my fridge freezer (Beko cxfd6113s) has ran into a bit of an issue and since I’m clueless when it comes to white goods I will do my best to explain it.

So, the last day or 2, it has just been completely silent, now its never been like this so its made me abit worried. I’ve tried to find the issue myself but having trouble identifying the issue.

Both fans no longer work, I’ve tried some things that google have suggested which are to unplug it for a couple of minutes to see if that fixes it, which it did sorta (it made the fans work, then stopped, then they kicked in again 10 minutes later) which is what the advise given said would happen.

But that only lasted 30 mins – 1 hour ish ? And again both fans have stopped and fridge is silent yet again.

One other thing they suggested was to swap the board (which is cheaper and easy to do I think), would that fix the issue? Or is something really wrong with the fridge/freezer.
