Smeg Fab32 (fridge freezer) – Fridge works, Freezer only building ice on top element.

Hey there,

I have a Fab32Ros4 fridge freezer.
The fridge is working perfectly.

The freezer is only building up ice on top front element and not freezing anything else in the freezer.
Have tried to defrost it overnight and turn it on in the morning without any lock (the compressor is starting when I turn it on)

I was chatting to a fridge guy who said it was a blockage in the element (its a continuously 3 shelf) since it doesn’t move the cooling forward.
And he said it wasn’t possible to fix at all.

Can anybody here help me out…?
