    Hi I have to call out to the above hob and what is happening is when it is turned on at the wall it comes on there is a no. 8 on all of the touch pads for the rings and the customer can’t do anything with it. The customer tells me that usually he turns it on and all the touch pads flash 0 for a couple if seconds and he unlocks it and works away. Has anybody come across this before?

    found this are there sky lights above the cooker ?

    had one like this. worked out if i put a towel over the controls as i turned it on it worked ok

    Hi Dave thanks again for the help the tea towel covering the controls did the trick there was a big window near the hob.
