    Make: Rangemaster
    Modell: Nexus 110 Induction Hub
    Serial no: 11825206648

I was called (i.e. electrical expert) to a defective cooker, Rangemaster Nexus SE 110.
The cooker is in Switzerland, near Zurich.

I am writing and asking here because I have no competent technical contact in Switzerland, and Rangemaster UK only services units within the UK.

Fault: Only 2 of 5 cooking zones are working.
The three defective cooking zones give the error E9, which according to my documents are “implausible sensor values”.

    See video here: https://youtu.be/qzR0z_kqpLE

The cooker is “brandnew” , not a year old (prod. date March 2020) and rarly used!

I carried out a visual inspection and didn’t notice anything special, i.e. no crushed cables or burnt components, nor did it smell like an “electronic defect”.
I suspect that this error is a configuration error, as no component is obviously broken.
Later, I received instructions on how the hobs have to be paired to the electronic controll board.

It was possible to run the configuration without errors, see video here: https://youtu.be/g02iXprtEaI (left my cooker, right the origional instruction video from Rangemaster).

    My questions are:
-> Does anyone know of any other (hidden) configuration or reset procedures I could use?
-> Or are there people with experience where else the fault could be?

-> In case of replacement: the cooker has four boards
    POWER BOARD 4 BURNER GENERATOR
FILTER BOARD – 4 BURNER GENERATOR
    POWER BOARD FOR ADDITIONAL CONVERTER
    K6 DISPLAY BOARD

which one would have to be replaced?

Thank you very much for your help which I appreciate.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
