    Hi Gents,
Haven’t used you for a long time, but I’m trying to source a wiring Diagram for this model above, (must be for this PNC number 949716498/01). There are other wiring diagrams for other models of EOB3400EAX, but nothing listed for the PNC number I need.
The other diagrams have been sourced from the Connections site, for the Electrolux tech info, on page 106 for this model, you can see all the other diagrams, but nothing listed for the model I need. Info needed if possible Gents.

Or if anybody has had this fault with the oven??.
The Tangential cooling fan is running continually, when the oven is switched on, having to switch the oven at the mains.
What happens is that when you switch the oven back on from the mains, and set the clock/timer, within a minute, the relay clicks on the timer, and the cooling fan starts to run, and will not switch off.
I’m posting this for a friend of mine, as I’m now semi-retired, and the information I received from him is that the fan is fed from the back of the timer??. So a new timer was ordered and fitted, but the same fault is occurring.
So that’s is why I need a wiring diagram.
Unless, as I said, has anybody come across this fault, and has a solution to the problem.
    Thanks

    Hi Dave,
That’s what we were thinking, never known that before from the setup from the back of the timer, so thats why a new timer fitted, but the same fault occurring.
Can’t think why it’s getting a direct feed to keep the cooling fan running continuously.
    Thanks

It is certainly a strange set-up and not one that I have encountered personally, looking at the diagrams suggests that one of the fan relay connections on the board is routed directly to the L pin on the board. If this is the case then it matters as to which way round the wires are connected to this relay, the fan should come from pin 5 so make doubly sure that this is the case (looks like it may go bang if it was wrong so unlikely).
I would also check P1-1 on the selector switch as this looks like it may be the signal to start the fan.

    Jem
