    Hi,
    My partners prima integrated fridge freezer bottle shelf has broken and I’m really struggling to source the part online.
    I understand that some of the Prima range is made by Whirlpool but I wouldn’t know if there is an equivalent model in the whirlpool range that parts would fit?

    If it is a Whirlpool made produst take a look for two barcodes behind the salad bin, it should start 8503…….

    In that case it isn’t Whirlpool made.

    I can’t find anything for it on the usual sites I’m afraid, you could try them direct 0344 576 6841 and choose option 2. Bear in mind with Covid lockdowns Manufacturers are not working with full staff so wait time may be longer.
