Miele G1142 SCi – all lights flashing

Hello. We have a Miele G1142 SCi semi-integrated dishwasher. It’s about 12 years old. It’s started flashing all three lights in unison and running the drain pump permanently, towards the end of a cycle.

Apparently this could mean it has a leak (drip tray sensor). There is a damp corner on the floor underneath it, which could reinforce this diagnosis.

I’ve had a look for a new Miele, and they’re a) incredibly expensive and b) out of stock everywhere. It’s made me think about getting this one mended.

What are the chances it’s just a split hose/loose clip? Worth dragging it out (or paying someone to do this)?
