    hi been to a beko washer wi1483
    serial 16-8002200
    says it leaks from dispenser. ok i think fitted plenty of these common problems. of course it doesn’t leak when i test it. she does out anything in drawer. then she says it leaks suds from dispenser and has done from new but the other day it was clean water underneath? say definitely not over dosing
    any ideas sounds unusual to me

    Check to make sure the customer is not using the quick cycles. Some of the quicker washes are only for 2-3kg loads and using a full detergent tablet will cause over soaping.
