neff washing machine error code

we have a neff w5420x0gb/18 integrated washer brought in by a customer for noisy drum bearings. I tried the machine first before stripping it down on a 30 c program. 2 minutes into the program the 800 spin light and the spin light started flashing. now every time i turn on the machine this error starts flashing and i cannot clear it. Does anyone have any ideas or a list of codes and reset for this model please.
