    Hi Chaps
I have 2 zones on this induction hob showing E4. I have tried the configuration process but with no luck.
Does anyone have any tips on what the problem is?

    Regards

    Hi Dave

The original problem was E4 on both left rings. If I configure as per the Instructions then it doesn’t want to configure the first 2. I can configure in a different order fine but E4 still persists.
Parts are expensive so want to try and get diagnosis right.

I don’t normally do induction for this reason but long time customer talked me into it.
    Any help would be appreciated.

did you see the induction training material given out at the last conference ?

according to that 2 rings giving E4

1 safety pcb on control unit burnt out

    or

2 no communication between control unit and plate
