    hi all back on zanussi c/dryers the overheat stat on the heater box has gone open circuit so I have bypassed it but still have no heat is there another stat on the heater duct I know there is a ntc on the front air box or am I looking at a control board there dose not appear to be a fault code of flashing red lights even on the test program . any thoughts?

    have you checked the element itself is ok ?

    Had the same problem. My observation was it would only heat when it had wet clothes in the drum.
