Its a condenser TCFS73BGG fitted a heater unit genuine about a week later its completely burnt out, like the one before and she then told me its the 3rd heater, and she can sometimes here it coming on by its self like beeping! Seems to be turning ok so anyone advise why its burning the heaters out? not blocked at all
Thankssounds to me like the board relay may be sticking but i would have thought the stats would stop it
the only thing i can find is they changed the heater in dec 2016. from Irca to DBK.
if there is a heater make change there should also be a settings file change. this is highlighted as must be done
