    Hi All,

    A bit odd this one, my dryer starts ok and then after 30secs makes this loud screeching noise for 30secs and then continues fine after that.

    If it was the pulleys, motor or bearings I would expect the noise to the continuous?

    my guess would be drain pump as this only runs every now and then
    my guess is it does this every now and then during the cycle

    have you got the full model no ?

    Yes, it is the BEKO DCJ83133W

    pump part no 2962510600
    changed to 2962510800

    so either will do

    Thank you for your help, just took the pump out cleaned it up a bit and less noisy but still needs replacing. Thanks again, much appreciated.
