Hello all, could I please get some advice on which fault code my dishwasher is displaying and any potential causes. I select any cycle, close the door and the machine sounds to be working as normal (sound of machine drawing water in) for the first minute or two but it never starts its cycle and then suddenly the sound changes to what possibly sounds like the machine discharging the water constantly, this only stops when I open the door and power down the machine. Once this discharge noise starts and I’ve opened the door, I’ve noticed that the power light is blinking constantly and the ECO 50deg and the 55deg lights have come on, I’m guessing this is indicating a fault code but I’ve not been able to find anything online and after contacting whirlpool direct they were unwilling to give out any information about this. I’ve attached links for an image of the lights and the dishwasher information plate, hope this is enough information. Thanks in advance!

this seems to be a hotpoint unit badged whirlpool

the fault lights on these units are the wash progress lights ( 3 of them ) and the start button
need to see a pic to know which to tell you

to show a pic upload it to an external site and post a public link

This machine doesn’t have any wash progress lights, only the lights shown in the pics above. Power light is flashing, although camera didn’t manage to capture it.
