Hi guys, any advice with this issue please?

    Zanussi ZWF14380
    Type HP954443
    Prod No. 914904922 01

Machine stopped during the wash part of the cycle, machine still held hot wash water and display timer went to 0.00 as if the cycle had completed. No error code displayed.

I ran the rinse and spin cycle which completed without issue. Water pumped out with usual force so I don’t think there are any blockages.

The machine was 11 years old in February this year.

    Many thanks.

Ah, I’ve gone into diagnostics mode and got error code E66 on the display.

says its a heater relay on the board but i would check heater for earth faults first

if it is the relay an new one could be soldered in

    Thanks for the reply.

I tested the heater, no earth faults.

Decided to get rid, rather than try and find someone to mess with the board.

I’m now using mom’s old AEG 72630 which will be 21 years old this October. Machine has always been used in soft water area (until now), with big box powders. Apart from small areas of the exterior paint starting to bubble, the machine still looks great and performs brilliantly. There is no limescale or sludge and no nasty smells! I replaced the pump for her, probably five or six years ago; apart from that it has never missed a beat! Long may it continue!

It has ‘Made In Germany’ on the front panel, but seen as it has the Zanussi ‘Jet System’ it believe it was assembled in Germany with Electrolux parts? Either way it’s a great machine
