This a weird one… the owner went through different brands of halogen bulbs made for oven that should be able to withstand temperature of 300 deg. The owner kept the bulb clean, used a kitchen roll paper to insert the bulb into the socket. Yet, it still appears to have short life.
I ordered a replacement lamp holder in the vain hope that it might resolve the ongoing issue of premature life of halogen bulb. I wonder if the control module is putting too much power down the line or sudden change of temperature via opening and closing the door causing some degree of sensitivity? Any thoughts?
