    Customer explained problem to me.. Turned the machine on pump runs as normal, then stops…waiting for water to fill…after is a few minutes the pump kicks in, no water is in the machine.. I feel it may be pub, but not sure !! any advice welcome..John

    have you checked the valve and the anti flood ( overflow) sw ?

    also check for broken wires in the door
