ParticipantI understand it’s a drainage error, done the usual checked the pipe and the filter…. Still getting errors, today I replaced the drain hose and the pump itself…. Still same error code??? What else could it be?

ModeratorAs the machine drain a pressure sw will check the water is going. This sw is fed from a small tube that can get blocked

ParticipantThanks Dave, would this cause the water not to be drained? I’m confused as if I reset after a cycle ends with the code, water still in the drum and begin a new cycle…. I can hear the pump working, but no water is removed?

Moderatorif the pump is going and it does not get rid of the water then you have a blockage

Moderatorlook round the machine and look for a small device with a thin rubber pipe coming off it
take the pipe off the switch and blow down it to make sure its clear. Do not blow in the switch
you could also follow the pipe down to the bottom of the machine where there is a small chamber that traps air to operate switch
make sure its all clear, if the air cant get out of the switch as it drains the machine will think its full
also not sure if these machine need this switch calibrating. try first putting about 2 small pans of water in the drum. set to a drain only setting and let the machine finiish. Then if you get no fault code try a rinse cycle
