Neff B1881 electric oven multiple faults

Hi all, thought I’d try here before I scrap the oven but seems a shame to do so.

Recently bought a complete kitchen from a mate which came with neff stuff, told me fan doesn’t work and bulbs blown. It’s a B1881 hide and slide.

Replaced fan myself with an eBay special, still no joy. No bulb in either bulb holder in the oven.

A friend of mine is a repair engineer but not for Neff. He’s had the back off the oven, says the new fan and the old one meter ok, and had a bulb on board which he fitted.

Bulb only works if switch is manually held in place between circotherm and off position. Fan still doesn’t cut in but oven does heat up.

I’ve suggested a worn selector switch although underside inspected and not showing signs of arcing. Plus also should the fan not cut in still once the bulb lights up.

Is it likely to be a blown control board? If so are parts still available please or should I just give it up and buy new?
