Re: 5 Year Parts and Labour Warranty

    Sorry Andy,
Thats D&G business. They can canvass the 1+5 customers and what they charge is their business I can’t let that info out.

There are reasons for that, if you consider the implications of everyone knowing their pricing, in advance, I’m sure you will see its sensitive to them.

I do hope thats sensible enough for you.

We priced it on a commercial basis Andy, not on a case-by-case basis as events have unfolded there has been no need to pursue that any further for us. Without a need, which we do not have, I see no call for us to pursue it further for now.

As to how much a warranty will cost from DAG, since we have no deal in place globally, you’d have to inquire that of DAG directly.

FYI, the 5×5 warranty is proving extremely popular and is fully risk managed by people qualified to do so.

There is one thing that i do not understand. Why is D & G involved in this at all?

Why if the customer decides that they would like the extended warranty after the twelve months is this not done through ISE Ltd as it would have been had they taken the 5 + 5?

    Andy 😀

That is our decision and again there are reasons which are not for public airing.

We are pleased to have D&G involved with part of the warranty cover available.

OK Kevin – Sorry for asking so many questions, i know i must be a pain in the neck, but i just like to understand why things are like they are.

I really do hope it all works out OK for the ISE project, honest!

    Andy 😀
