I have to say I am pleased we didn’t have the AGM after all,It seemed like everyone and there dog wanted to talk to us before they left .
One suggestion that I heard a couple of times was have we ever considered a “virtual “AGM.
Basically we publish a Chairmans report about the activities of the association and welcome comments /questions over a set time frame ,once that time frame is up then the thread is locked ?
I think the reasoning was that we have a very open structure in place in the forum where anyone can ask a question in the open at any time .
So why do we need to come together at cost and inconvenience to
ask /be asked things that can be done online ?
What do people think ?
