Ah, the engineer pages on here.

No, I’m afraid it’s not possible as you are only allowed one button for each medium on each page and the ones we use are generated automagically site wide, otherwise maintaining well over a quarter million pages would be a tad difficult.

Ok, no probs, it was just a thought following on from your previous posts regarding social media.

On that subject, I’m I right in thinking, at the bottom of the text box for posting there are the photo, add pic, tweet and location icons. Was it this you where encouraging us to use?

I’m sure I sent all the details over to you a while ago but I still don’t see my details on the engineer search page.It is probably down to my ignorance,but perhaps you could tell me what to do next.Sorry ,not great with computers.

Took me ages to find this damn thread!

I bet you all forgot about this facility which, I have to say I’m considering limiting to repairers that are both WTA and on the engineer search to as, from a customer perspective, that makes sense.

Anyways, I finally got around to spending a little time and giving these pages a bit of love. I could do more but I was losing the will to live updating pages.

The best example, much as it pains me to admit it and I’ll likely never live it down, is Barrie’s page here:

It’s a good way to get your name online, gives you a backlink and so on to boost your own website if anyone is wanting to be on there.

And, as you can see, most of those pages while they don’t get massive traffic, do get a fair bit for what they are.
