    they they have deducted the money from your balance but its not gone anywhere. its held in limbo expecting the confirmation

    one good reason to use credit cards as it does not affect you while they sort it out

    No it’s a business current account, the money has gone – gone!

    have you talked to aswo about it ? or the bank, if you can actually talk to anyone these days

    I’m sure it will be sorted one way or another. ‘ve emailed the rep who set me up on direct debit. I’ m guessing it will take a few days for their IT & accounts teams to work out what’s going wrong.

    from what they told me its their payment supplier thats got the probem

    I had the same problem yesterday, a basket with £235 goods, and currently my bank is showing 2 pending payments and the basket still as it was. Not happy

    At last, after chasing for a second time, ASWO today refunded £400, equivalent to two of the three card payments taken two weeks ago. I just need to wait to see whether the £200 direct debit payment previously advised by ASWO for the 15th has been cancelled – ASWO have left me in the dark on that.

    The planned direct debit was not taken today, so it looks like my account balance has been corrected.

    ASWO’s direct debit facility is a great time saver – one click checkout, all orders consolidated into a single invoice at the end of the month, with payment taken 15 days later.

    I am experiencing problems with ASWO for not moving things forward from Orders in Progress after making payment. No money were taken just simply says Orders in Progress. So much for next day delivery when it is taking over a week. Kinda embarrassing for me when I have customers booked in for the refit. Are others having same issue? I wonder if they are being choosy on which card payment to use?

    whwn i asked them they said it only seemed to affect Mastercard

    Ring their sales line – they’ll hopefully be able to advise what’s holding the order up.
