It seems that Masterpart have taken the cheaper option choosing Home Delivery Network It appears their drivers only know how to drive but not necessarily where to leave the parcel? In my case recently the driver left the parcel with a neighbour 2 streets away.:rolls:
BSH, by the way, recently have started to use a similar cheap outfit (Hermes) and their local driver brain dead from the neck up! 😥

Would have been nice if Masterpart had bothered to inform us of this change, If I had known I would have paid a bit more with a company who uses a proper carrier and still be able to call tomorrow to repair an oven as promised :evil:.

I did post this up last week. I have had an absolute nightmare getting my parcels delivered. Had one delivered yesterday that was ordered on the 11th October.The main problem is that they will not leave the parcel without a signature, and they are attempting deliverys at 7o’clock at night to a business address 😯 .As much as I hate Connects prices, they are getting most of my business at the moment because I get a DHL delivery the next day without fail, and they will leave the parcel without a signature.

Agree with you Merv, as long as you sign a note allowing DHL to leave a parcel without a signature then it’s OK.
Great delivery from UKWG tho, ordered fan oven element yesterday (19th Oct) arrives today and I live a wee bit remote.

When I spoke to Masterpart, they did say that they were in the process of constructing some sort of document for us to sign so it will allow HDN to leave parcels, but who knows how long this will take.

Parts that were ordered yesterday at 2.55pm arrived before 11am today, so have to give them a pat on the back for that.
Also gen Whirlpool fan motor from Masterpart cost £20.00 + vat.
From CDSL 95 + vat 😯
