    ok part no seems correct

assume you have tried or checked child lock

what was the reason for changing the board. assume from above it was no power from above

did you check D7 on the board for short circuit. very common reason for no power on these boards

Hi yes no power its not the child lock but its like when the child lock is on.
Did a code check and it came up e23 then worked but then did the same after that.
Going to take it back off to make sure all the plugs are in tight.
do you think it could be a dodgy board?
    Thanks

so its not no power, it powers up but wont start. was that what the old board did ?

E23 is a door lock error

does it do that all the time ?

Hi, I had the same problem 2 different boards 2 different types of door lock. I actually put a solenoid operated door lock on instead of the bimetal and it cured it.

cant see how that works as the board deals with each type of lock differently

if you put a solenoid lock on a board that is meant for a ptc type the solenoid coil would not cycle properly and the coil is also not meant to be energised for long periods so I would expect it to burn out

I ordered the pcb for the machine and when i fitted it it lit up but it kept saying the door wasnt locked old style door lock, I fitted a solenoid door lock
and it worked. pcb was wrong one for that machine seemed to be 2 different versions.

Beko often change boards by serial no so it may have been for same model but the may have changed board and lock on a later machine

can see that happening and I have looked up Beko parts that change number if add serial no
