    Hey

I have a Beko washing machine: wm 6123W.

Firstly, the drain pipe of the washing machine got torn; i wasted days to find a drain pipe suitablle for this machine. After replacing it, buying the remaining hoses etc…and turning on the machine, water leaked from the bottom. It is not from the pipe i did replace , nor from the inlet hose. It seems it is coming down from the hose coming out of the pump which from i recall should be connected nowhere.

    I am attaching an image of this hose;

if someone can help me to fix this problem. i check the in -oses to the pumps, they seems all fine. for some reason, water is coming out of the hose showing in the image….

Please don’t repost the same thing, someone will answer if they can. Reposting the same thing just confuses things.

From what i can see in the pictures, its a black rubber hose?
This is not the correct hose to be attached to the pump, and you say the other end is going nowhere! If its going nowhere then you surely will have a leak?

Do you mean the very narrow hose that should be located near the removable filter behind the flap at front if machine? If so then this should have some sort of cap over the end, otherwise water will run out as the machine fills!

Many thanks for your reply. I am attaching a better picture of the black hose. if there is any cap to place at the end of the hose, where can i buy it, please?

PS.Kwatt…my apologies re. duplicate post. i realised after posting my first query that this subforum is more relevant. i could not delete my first post, however

when the w.m starts filling up, water leaks out from this black hose. strangely, there is nowhere to connect it in the machine. is it meant to evacuate a steam?

When you look at the fluff filter at bottom of front of machine, is there a black pipe there..if not this is where this pipe should be rooted, and not where you have it at the moment. I am not sure if you can purchase the stopper/cover seperately, although anything that fits inside tightly should be fine, i will however see if the part is available and let you know..

If you have the user manual, take a look at page 25, this should explain to you where it should be routed, if you dont have it then go here to download it

    Plug not available seperately .

Many thanks, Martin. that hose is then the emergency draining hose. But i can’t see from page 35 of the manual where to connect it. Besides, it should be surely clogged otherwise water will leak out from it….any tip, please
    Cheers

If you open the filter flap there should be a hole there for the hose to come through. If no flap the bottom trim just unclips

My wife has just brought me the cap shown in the attached images. It is made of solid plastic. I have tried it on the hose and it covers it well…but not too tightly to stand up probably the pressure of the water…is this the missing plug? Please note that i am installing the w.m at my new address…the cap might got lost during the move…either outside or hopefully indoor….

Looks like it may so the job,it goes inside the tube, and not over the end.

If you are worrid that it may come loose, you can always fit a small jubilee type clip around it, and should you ever need to empty any water out then its just a matter of undoing a screw..
