    Got back to job today just as I thought it was It was the wrong part.

    Here is a bad pic of the part I need

    Check Servis part number 720366100 on Connect’s site (picture) is that the one ?

    Thanks Dave that the one. Dont know how you found it though I searched connection for ages knowing it was a Servis clone but ccould not find it.

    I used the part number from the other thread on this model for the door hinge straps, then checked all the Servis models that that fitted, then checked the part number of the heater for each of those and eventually narrowed it down to that one 😀
