i had a customer last year that did a very simple pump unblock ,on a bosch wm, spilt water from the hose he undone on to the motor plug to the pump did not realise put it back on again ,machine went bang…! wife called me out ….he had blown up pcb….end result was a new machine. look how much he saved ? :rolls:

did not see any water in that machine….and the bearings did not need replaceing ?

i did a john lewis electrolux last week and took 1hr 20.
but i did have a cup of tea half way.. 😀
