Sorry to hijack this old thread but I was having problems with our Bosch Dishwasher giving inconsistent cleaning. I decided to clean the pressure chmber as per the instructions here but now the machine will not fill.
I have checked the voltage at the water valve and only get a reading of 90V ac. Is this in any way connected with having stripped and cleaned the pressure chamber assembly?
Thanks in advance for any advice

Connectors replaced correctly? Check piccie on previous page, you can make out the wiring.

Thanks for the reply,
I thought that may be the problem but it looks to be connected correctly. When I operate the float switch manually the pump kicks in which I think would be what I would expect, other than that as I say no water is entering the machine

Am not at all a forum-posting person, but want to thank Penguin45 for such excellent clear directions on how to clean out and mend my dishwasher (Bosch SGS43CO2) which had slowly died – water not heating any more, cycle endless etc. Spent ages studying Penguin 45’s photos on forum and yelling at family to go away, and now I’ve fixed it! Am 55 yr old lady, and really like to have a go myself – next thing is the diverter on the shower, maybe there is a forum for that…. Anyway, MILLIONS OF THANKS to you experts, best fun I’ve had in ages, couldn’t have done it without you.

Presuming its the same style appliance , there are 2 clips on the rear of the lid . These have to be lifted and the lid slid back.

Sorry. Ive managed to do it since my last posting and cleaned all the relevant bits and bobs – urggh ! However since connecting everything back together and starting a cycle to test there doesn’t appear to be a lot happening, i.e the machines not even filling up with water now (Yes the water is turned on !) Any suggestions? Oh yeah and its the same model.
Cheers
