Participanthi, if anyone could help me i’d be very greatfull.
Problem is you put the washer on a quick wash, starts at 27 mins and seems on, gets to about 15 mins left and it just stops and the check water light comes on.
things i’ve tried: checked filters are fine, water getting in fine and the filter not blocked, all it won’t do is drain from what i can see, what would you suggest i do ?
also tried tipping it but all it does is fill with more water to the point it starts to run out of the door. thanks.

tipped it on its front and removed all the pipes / drain pump and everything’s clear with no obstructions, pump impeller seems abit hesitant to turn, put it all back together and still no change, still won’t drain with the check water light coming on, what do ?

Have you checked the sink end of the drain pipe for blockages?

yeh is fine, i took it off the washer and swilled it through with boiling hot water, it empties out of the wall like normal from the sink, from what i can see the water isn’t even entering the drain pipe of the washer

Take a look at the circuit board as I think there may be a dry joint?

well took the facia off and the only way to the circuit board is to take it apart in a way i don’t think it’ll go back together
is there anything else that could be up with it ?

is there anyway to check the drain pump ? it gets to 16 mins, a relay clicks and then you hear something like the pump trying to turn but sounds like its catching and then stops and the check water light comes on

It does sound like glass or something jamming the pump. Time for it to come off me thinks.

yeh its been off and nothing is in there which is odd, i assume this is the same pump that you can see in the left of the sump yes?

Did you check the housing before put pump back on. Sound like a blockage if not sound like you need a new pump
