I meant the dial is not stiff. When washing machine is on then I can’t move it from 1-12, it does it on its own, when its off I can move it easily.

what have u been trying to tell me? That the dial might be damaged?

this still doesn’t confirm that its damaged or that its suppose to go from 1-12, maybe 1-4 is enough.

so I gave it a 3rd spin too and there was still some soap bubbles that came up, that means it wasn’t done? I guess the dialup does need a replacing. How do I go about it?
