I know I’m going to regret this, being non-flying aquatic seabirds, but – why?

Wasn’t really a warning – save that for punters 😆

Look very closely at the back of the pressure switch connector. I have seen the wires break here. 🙂

I had a Bosch dishwasher module the other day which didn’t work properly when fitted. I also fitted a Hotpoint washing machine display module which did strange things and certain buttons didn’t funtion. It turned out that BOTH needed configuring but no leaflet advising of this (and how to do it) were with the part! Did this one need confuguring?

Yes andy…they do come with a configuration leaflet, mind you, you need a magnifying glass and a pin to set the switches on the board!
Thanks BSH-MAN, i’ll check that when i return 🙂

“Confugered” – a word which Frank Muir and his team will now define in three different ways…………. 😆

Frank – Confugered??!! I believe it is a French terminology meaning boss or leader mainly used in French revolution
Ahh alas ’tis wrong

A combination of two words – confused and configured. When opening the packaging and not finding the manufacturers instruction sheet, one has to ask “Is it configured or not?” Hence, confugered.

…well the machine is now un-confugered!….it was indeed a new faulty pcb from Bosch, and that’s a first for me!
Anyone else had one before? -
