    Fairly certain the problem is on the pcb, noticed some smoky burn marks inside the relay canisters. Also it appears the front and back drum bearings (felt?) are worn so it has gone to re-cycle heaven. Put it out the front of our house with a freebie sign on it and it was gone in 45mins.
