ServiceBase was designed for any type of repair centre, we have users in White Goods, Brown Goods, Heating, Mobile Phones and Computer repairs.
The Basic ServiceBase package costs £299 but this does not include the field calls diary or stock control, you will need the Professional version which is £599. There is support included in this cost for the first year with a £135 charge each year following. In the next few weeks we will be releasing a feature to link to N.E.S.N. which will allow you to replace Call Manager with ServiceBase. Although there are cheaper packages around, ServiceBase has full support available and is continually being improved.
