Oh hell, iz bin rubbled…!! 😛

On second thoughts funky the ‘rap’ is more West Ham than West Lothian….in it?

Joking aside, there’s really no need for fancy set speeches, just tell it like it is, let your customers decide. Customers vary, your charges shouldn’t.

Noooooo!!!! … Wasn’t your tape long enough…. You need to delete at least one of those and replace it with:

“I have read it on the internet .. what is wrong is …., and it should cost me….”

    We say,

Hello, we repair appliance and it costs £xxxx + vat plus parts, where do you live, okay we can call to repair XXXXday.

We dont need to find much more info as the van has the stock on it, we cover the full area and we dont charge different rates depending how near they are or whether we like the customer or its a pig of a job.
