You should have all received an invoice from UKW by now for the Saturday night room, if you haven’t can you please send me a PM.
The Hotel will contact you directly for payment of the Friday night room, this is usually around end of October beginning of November. 😉

I need to pay the deposit for the Saturday night meal and rooms next week, so if i don’t receive payment for these rooms by Wednesday next week then i will cancel them. Sorry but in the past we have paid the deposit and reserved the rooms then people have not bothered to turn up, so make no mistake i will cancel them if payment is not received. 👿
You can pay by credit card (just phone the office), BACS (PM me and i will give you details) and also by cheque.

I have had a few people enquiring about the Party Night, the Hotel only have a couple of rooms available so if anyone else would like to join us then can you PM me please.

Just to up date you all, those that are staying on the Friday night i have booked a table for us at the Inverbeg for 8:00pm and as usual the Hotel have organised transport for getting there and back. If anyone is not going to manage the meal on the Friday can you let me know so i can inform the Hotel please. 😉

Just had a last minute cancellation so if anyone would still like to come along then let me know, the room available is for the Friday and Saturday night it is now fully paid for and we can not get a refund at such short notice 😉

Remember that we have a table booked at the Inverbeg tonight for 8pm, could you please be in the reception area for 7:30pm to get the mini bus. 😉
