Are we absolutley bonkers? I refer of course to Yurtesen and his chuffing Candy. We have spent 24 hours and three pages of UKWs precious space telling this idiot that he’s wasting his time, now we’re going to sell him a bearing seal for what? Tenner? Profit? Quid? And six months from now he’ll be back ‘cos it’s gone again. And that’ll be another three pages…. Not to mention his last effort. Or the side thread (Me – sorry).
If we are going to control the site properly we need some sort of option to tell a poster “That’s your lot” and close it out.
Please finish this one, it’s in Public and it looks ridiculous.

That’s why I made the effort tonight to sort him out and PM me rather than keep posting.
He’ll be happy now I can sort the parts and hopefully go away with the knowledge that the parts are on thier way.

Fair point Dave, but he’ll be back……..
Not really the point – we ought to sort out some sort of “cut off” – a key phrase, an emoticon that the regular public forum posters recognise – something.
In the mean time, let’s get the provisional wing of UKW to fit a tracker on Martins van and see where he goes over the next few weeks.

I am more than pi$$ed off with Evren Yurtesen’s ( alias Minna Kelloniemi ) postings. And when Dave told me he lived in Finland it was my chance to offer a new machine (see link below) just to shut him up 😈

Point taken Chris but there’s a bit of good from it as well. Anyone looking for “candy bearings” on Google will likely come across that thread and it explains it all pretty well, as well as the fact that it’s a lost cause.
It also shows UKW in a great light, we’ve not only told the guy from the get-go that it was scrap, but why it was scrap in great detail instead of just telling the guy to piss off. In all honesty I think the hole affair has done more good than harm and shows the repairers in a very positive light and the thing is, anyone that reads that will just believe us.
As for a Tracker in Martin’s van, well there’s an idea! 😆

Why the hell should you be out of pocket over this FFS! Even if it was a pretty ludicrous offer.
I’ll sort the bearings and tell him that’s an end to it, he actually went to send me a PM at 2.21am but failed to send it for some reason 😕

I have noticed that Yurtesen has been on UKW all the while whilst all this banter has been going on. I switched on around 8 this morning…he was there…I have had 4 pm’s with him about supplying a new machine (even showed him a picture of the one I was to supply :tup: )
I’ve been off site (grafting an’ all that)..got back around 3:30…HE STILL THERE!…another pm for me asking…”I would prefer a front loader please?”…I told him I could only supply a top loader, sorry 🙁
…..he’s now gone off site (in a huff maybe?)

Probably, he’s been there most of the afternoon.
I PM’d him earlier regarding the bearings etc, I also told him you will not be supplying him with a washing machine as we discussed earlier above as you earn nothing from your efforts regarding UKW and I would not see you out of pocket over this.

I meant to say, obviously I can’t tell you what to do with your money but it is as a consequence of your help with UKW that this has arisen, which I don’t see as fair.

Yes, that machine looks quite fine also. No problems I think I shouldnt complain about a free washing machine :p
But I hope this doesnt cost you anything. I mean it is for sure that you wont get anything but popularity in forum from this… I mean, I would have wanted to help you out some way also but I am just a bored network engineer
