    In that case I would definatley change “U002” (looks like the switch mode chip and is almost guaranteed to be dead), also I would be checking that “R020” is not open circuit and while I was at it I would run the multimeter across each of the diodes (don’t take them out yet just put the meter on the lowest ohms range and check to see if any show as dead short both ways, if one does then remove it and check again).
