I’m a Man Utd, Oldham Athletic & Rochdale fan. born in one town, lived in one for over 40 years and supported the Reds since 1957.
I used to go to school with a lad, Roger Davies, his dad was a Bolton fan, we went to a couple of games at Burnden Park, possibly before you were even born. 😉 circa 1960
His dad drove us there once in a baby Austin, not the old Seven but the cuddly, rounded version. They were a proper division one side then, my namesake but no relation Tommy Banks at fullback, not the foreign legion that has patrolled the Reebok for the past five years or so. Apart from Hull you must be the hottest relegation candidates this year. We just need Martin to predict a mid table place and your fate will be sealed. 😛
