Hmm.. well the webshop does. But since I can’t get the webshop to work today, I had to ring. After a while I get put through to the local service centre in Redruth where they have the price as £6.72 🙁 . Oh well, gone with that but shows it’s not just the wholesalers who have it all cock-eyed.

Hmm. Think I’ll try an email. Lux have thermistor ntc 1242940102 > 3792171112 at £4.48 inc. vat.
Connect is £23.72 + vat and SRP £40.52.
Qualtex meanwhile £18.97.
They’re obviously a bit out of touch.
Maybe someone could take these threads along to the meeting?

my qualtex price for that is £2.91….special order mind.

Yeah, I just checked that. That’s what comes up when you put in the new number.
Qualtex system isn’t much use for info if you don’t have part no. from elsewhere. Just put in model no. all it came up with was two heater elements.
