    Have had no choice but to order a few parts from connect this week as qualtex didn’t have them, their prices seem to be a lot worse than I remember

    I get a call from Saleem at connect he always asks me to let me know if there are any parts i am looking for which i can get cheaper from Qualtex and he will get me a good price.
    So i phone him about a vestel door seal £11 fom qualtex £35 from connect.

    After an hour he phones back best he can do is £35.
    I told him i could buy from ebay cheaper but he is not bothered,
    I told him not to waste my time again

    Saleem closed our account because we could buy almost everything cheaper elsewhere.

    It was a petty move typical of them tbh, but no skin off our nose, we only spent £38 with them in the course of the previous 12 months and IMHO that was £38.50 too much.
