    as far as returns go keep an eye on your credit notes 😯 as the last few orders we have sent back for credit have had the high value parts (namely £150 module £100 timer and so on) mysteriously dissapear on their way to birmingham, must be a black hole somewhere up the m1 lol, and i would hazard a guess at saying we are not the only repaircare customers this is happening to anyone else ? smartin

    I can’t say I have ever had much of a problem with CDSL over the last 17 years. They have always been most helpful if I’ve had to bring someting to there attention. I just speak to Vicky (My rep on the phone) and she gets it sorted. And no I’m not related to David Holden.
