You know it’s funny Iv had 2 this week, one was an Large brand washer that’s known to have had the odd drum let go, machine 3 years old now and she called me out to it with no spin problem, I walked in and she said it’s not spinning it’s going to explode I want a new one, after some discussion and trying to figure out what the hell was going on its turns out her friend had theirs checked by the manufacture last august and she had told her. She then for some reason called me out. I stated I’m not anything to do with them and that any work I do is chargeable as she agreed at the original point of contact. She then goes nuts and told me she wants a new machine or she is going to take me to court, I told her it’s nothing to do with me and she then proceeded to call D&G her insurance provider ranting and raving , i had a ten second chat with them it it’s turned out she did not have insurance and had cancelled it last year as well , in the end I got just gave up left a call out bill and walked off.

Then to add to it I had a call for tomorrow call in on an extractor fan some one had installed and they wanted me to plumb to external venting for free as its under warranty
