That’s a pity…. It means that the mains suppressor and wiring up to the switch is OK and that something internal has gone wrong. Start by checking the wiring through the door – it’s possible that the wiring has broken or chafed at the pivot point, causing a short. Beyond that, any component could have developed a fault – heater, pump, capacitor etc. Can’t really be more specific than that.

Good luck, stay safe, power off if investigating.

Cannot see anything obvoius although some wires

    have come out.

2 are for the mechanism which opens tablet (does this matter which

    way they go back ?

2 are for the mechanism which controls circular unit next

to this again the same question ?

Looks like an engineer or new machine as I have

We had a similar problem. There was a water blockage and on our case the power light would switch on but no other lights would. After reading this forum I tried the trick pressing the power light 4 times and that didn’t work, but this worked:
    – Press and hold the program button
    – turn off the power button (whilst holding the program button). A program light should turn on then with a bleep, then turn off.
    – release the program button, press and hold again whilst the power is off.
    – press the power button on. All lights should turn on at the same time then.
    – close the door. The machine should start a cycle.
To make sure the water would go down this time I removed and cleaned the filters and put some Mr. Muscle sink unblocker in it. I hope that doesn’t finish destroying the dishwasher though… :rolls:
