Cheers Penguin, I know you have a life mate – sorry, I’m just impatient 😳 lol

Inlet valves are 4kohm each, which I would think is ok ?

Pump tested out fine and ran perfectly when taken out of the system.

How can I check brushes ? and how can I check the heater and earthing of it ?

Cheers bud, I appreciate your help as you know. I’m happy to go for a board if that’s what you think it’ll be, just don’t wanna wait for parts only to find I have the same problem.

How do the inlet valves operate ? As I said I have 230v at both terminals permanently, at what point should that change, and where does the change come from ? i.e. what terminal, and what component pulls the voltage down for it ? Does it come from the mechanical timer ? As that’s where the grey/black wire for each valve appears to come from.

    Cheers P45,

    Mike

Heater coil now checked, and motor brushes checked.

    Still no joy.

Can ANYONE help identify which terminals should be connected on the pressure sensing valve, as this is now the ONLY doubt I have in my mind before ordering a new board.

I’ll be eternally grateful if anyone can help – as I now need to get this sorted ASAP and order a board if thst’s my problem. Just wanna clear up this final thing before going for parts.

    Cheers guys,

    Mike
