    We have tested our retained sample from the batch number given. We select the 30c temperature as this is the desired temperature to be eco friendly.We also dissolve the tabs in a container at different temperatures to see the effect and this has shown the the tabs will dissolve in cold water.

    The results from the batch number given were good. The tabs had completely dissolved and no residues were left in the washing machine drum.

    If you would like to try the product again I will send you a replacement tub of the Simply Sensitive that we are producing at this moment to see if you have a better result.
