Fault E30 Zanussi Washing Machine Model ZWG1120M

Zanussi Washing Machine E30 Fault displaying when trying to use machine. Any help appreciated.

A door lock fault, is the latch faulty or door not closed properly. Could also be the doorlock itself at fault.

Door lock working fine you can hear the lock engage.

well E30 as Iadom says is a door lock fault

that means the board fails to get a door locked signal so it could be

faulty door lock
faulty wire between door lock and board
faulty board

Thankyou for your replays looked up this falt they said air pump connected to drain pump

look inside the door and get me the full Pnc number off the label

based on your model no i get 7 machines but the pnc does not match any of them

in that ccase the list of fault codes for your machine are

Thankyou i can feel and HEAR DOOR CLICKING the locks wait for 1 minute and door opens

Dave can the door lock and still be faulty

the door lock closes and the output wire should then become either live or neutral depending on how its wired ( normally live) this live is fed back to the board so it knows if its locked

so as said above you faults can be

faulty door lock
faulty wire between door lock and board
faulty board

just as a very long shot check the motor brushes. prob wrong as its got a fault code but some machines do something similar if the brushes fail

Dave i fitted new brushes it sat for a week brought in water drum turned and e 30 falt

so E30 fault happended just after new brushes

double check things as a long shot

see if anything changes if you unplug motor
